Mosaic Classes
Mosaic art involves assembling small pieces of glass, stone, tile, or other materials to create detailed patterns or images. Each piece, or tessera, is carefully placed to form vibrant designs that range from abstract to representational. Rooted in ancient traditions, mosaic continues to evolve as a versatile medium for both decorative and functional works.
Beginner students will learn various techniques of mosaic and the different steps involved from beginning to completion of the project; design planning and creation, glass selection, nipping, grouting, and finishing.
We are excited to make your mosaic vision come to life!
